SeekoG is a free mobile app designed for students from class 6-10. This page has information regarding our policies, the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information of those who use this app. If you choose to use SeekoG, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

To ensure better learning experience while using SeekoG, we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including name, age, email id, and mobile number.

The personal information that we collect is used primarily for providing and improving the content and features of the app, and also for modifying the existing content of the learning materials. It is also used to generate user statistics.

We do not share your personal information with anyone; third-party companies / service providers we employ do not have access to your personal information. However, statistics based on the demographic details might be shared with our analytics and promotion partners.

The personal information we receive will be retained by us for a short duration and will be deleted periodically.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Changes to our privacy policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or alter our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, India.

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider. We cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to the internet.

At some point we may update the app. You’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that the updated app is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. We may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

This mobile app is intended for testing, revision and 1:1 online tuition. SeekoG is designed with the conviction that identifying gaps is crucial for better learning and scores.

All the contents in the app are meant for informational purposes only. They are intended solely for your personal, educational, and non-commercial use.

SeekoG does not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or its services will remain uninterrupted. Under no circumstances shall the University or its app partners be held responsible for any errors in downloading and saving the app.

We value your feedback and will be glad to hear from you.

Your feedback will not be published anywhere. We may retain it only to respond to your requests and to improve our services.

We do not distribute personal data. Your personal data may be stored for a specific period of time for analysis purposes and deleted periodically.
